This project is a part of the UWC Dilijan College Campus, situated on 88 hectares of land, located within the National Park of Dilijan. UWC Dilijan College is the first project in Armenia to receive a BREEAM certification.

Enclosing the main playing field and creating a barrier between the public areas of the school and the only access route, are the school technical buildings and facilities.

These single storey buildings are designed using the local tufa stone and have green roofs. They house the design technology classrooms, the pottery studio, the electrical sub-station, main boilers and generator room, garage and maintenance facilities as well as charging stations for the electric buggies which service the remainder of the campus.
