This project is a part of the UWC Dilijan College Campus, situated on 88 hectares of land, located within the National Park of Dilijan. UWC Dilijan College is the first project in Armenia to receive a BREEAM certification.

This state-of-the-art medical building comprises three isolation rooms housing four students per room. A doctor’s surgery includes a waiting room, observation areas and treatment rooms as well as a dentist’s surgery and nurse’s station which operates 24/7 during term time. Visiting locums are on-call from Dilijan.
Externally the architecture incorporates the local random Armenian stone which has been installed by local craftspeople as well as irrigated green living walls and the curved green roof.

The interior design and fitting out of this facility has also been carried out by Tim Flynn Architects.
