The new building preserves the architectural aspects of Old Yerevan by delicately blending the new modern and environmentally friendly features with the historical façade of the old building.

Tim Flynn Architects’ role was to develop the brief and establish an occupancy strategy and interior design concept for the new office of IDeA Foundation. The key goal being to create a workspace that encourages interaction and team work across this growing and dynamic organisation. The brief captured the current and future work styles of the teams and established a mix of support and collaborative settings that have been integrated into the interior design concept. The design provides a welcoming and open environment which supports our Client’s vision.
